I have found a solution for this problem. Tomtom Maps Uk Rapidshare S here. I created a virtual device of API level 23.Then it gives me the error as yours. Solution: I download and install Android sdk for API level 19 from SDK manager(SDK Platforms,SDK Tools).
Then deleted my existing emulator device(api 23) and after downloading system image for i.e. Kitkat (api 19) that takes lower memory create a new AVD. Then Running this one solved the error 'Cannot set up guest memory 'pc.ram': Invalid argument'. It runs smoothly in my win7.
