With great music pumping and the group riding as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. Glen Ostergaard RPM™ Program Director BODYPUMP® Program Director From Auckland, New Zealand, Glen is the Program Director for both BODYPUMP® and RPM™. With a keen interest in sport, Glen was weight training from a young age (16) when his Dad gave him his first training system and it’s been a natural progression from there, joining Les Mills as an Instructor after he finished uni in 1993. As Program Director, Glen creates the choreography for the releases of BODYPUMP® and RPM™. He then works with Les Mills’ Creative Director to smooth them out and get the right musical feel which includes liaising with the music team.
