Seas0nPass is a new jailbreak utility designed specifically for the second generation Apple TV (2010). It's comparable to utilities like PwnageTool. I've used both.

Seas0nPass is the go-to for the Apple TV. If you are planning on Jailbreaking your Apple TV then it is recommended that you use Seas0nPass, even though other Jailbreaking tools like do indeed support the Apple TV.
