Arc Win 7 64 Bit
Oct 24, 2011 Hi All, I downloaded the 64-bit version of ARC from IK Multimedia as I'd like to stop using the 32-bit VST plugin within Sonar X1C. ArcView 3.x is a 32-bit app and has no problem running on a 32-bit or 64-bit Windows OS. It *should* work on all versions of XP, Vista and 7. Device downloads. For software and drivers select your product from the list below. Windows 7 (64-bit only) Mouse and Keyboard Center 3.2.

We do not make or sell the hardware. We do not even have copies of the hardware. We've never even seen it in most cases. The hardware company contacts ArcSoft and buys X number of copies of our software to bundle in with their device. They provide us the technical details for how to support their particular hardware, and they test it to make sure it works properly. Then they bundle it in with the hardware for you. They also agree to support software questions since they do not provide us the hardware to be able to do so. (So, for example, if you and I determined there is a bug in the ArcSoft software you have, we still wouldn't be able to provide a fix. You'd have to report it to the hardware vendor, they would have to request a fix from ArcSoft, and then they would provide you the updated software.).
